The 2nd edition of iFuture is looking for talent from different courses, especially university students in the areas of technology and new businesses, who want an environment of learning, innovation and autonomy. Registration can be done from today until September 26th

iFood, a Brazilian technology company, opens applications for the 2nd edition of its internship program, iFuture 2025, this Friday, August 30. The initiative aims to include and train young talent in the job market, reinforcing the company's commitment to innovation and career development, offering a unique opportunity for personal and professional development for students.

The program, which had its first edition in 2024, returns with more opportunities, prioritizing inclusive activities such as weekly mentoring and training, in-person onboarding, Individual Development Plan (PDI), training and challenging projects for interns who want to start their careers in a dynamic and innovative environment and contribute significantly to the growth of the company and the technology sector.

“We are very happy to launch the second edition of iFuture! The first edition brought very talented professionals to iFood, who aligned with our culture,” explains Raphael Bozza, iFood’s Senior Director of People. “With this program, we want to attract people who want to learn, develop and grow here. We have a very strong culture, so in addition to the technical aspects, we look for people who connect with it. That’s why we want to attract those who are protagonists, who innovate and who want to contribute to the exponential growth we seek for iFood. We dream big and that’s why we want students who also dream big.”

The iFuture 2025 program vacancies are aimed at university students who are in the last two years of their undergraduate or technology degree, with availability to intern 30 hours per week. Some of the benefits offered include: a R$2,200 stipend for administrative and business students and R$2,500 for university students in the technology field, iFood benefits (with meal voucher balance), medical and dental assistance, life insurance, cost of living for language courses, pharmacy and cultural vouchers.

Monica Novelli, an intern in the first edition of the program, highlighted the importance and benefits of iFuture: “Participating in the program has been an incomparable experience for my development. The mentoring has improved my technical and behavioral skills, and working with disruptive innovation has increased my adaptability and given me a practical vision of how to contribute to strategies that impact the company’s growth. I am being exceptionally prepared for future challenges and I am very excited to continue this process.”
