To participate, you must be over 18 years old and be studying higher education with completion scheduled for 2026. It is also important to live in São Paulo or be available to move.

“Our internship program is not just a learning opportunity, but an invitation to be part of a journey of innovation and impact, guided by the purpose of transforming the health and well-being of the population. We want to boost the development of future leaders in an environment that values learning, collaboration and the constant search for excellence”, says Miriam Branco, director of Human Resources at Einstein.

The structure of Einstein's corporate internship program provides for a model that includes 70% of practical learning (day-to-day activities in the area and feedback), 20% relational (conversation circles with tutors and other interns) and 10% of formal learning (onboarding and lectures with internal facilitators).

Following the premise of valuing diversity and inclusion, the program offers opportunities to people with different profiles, highlighting plurality and seeking talents that represent these fundamental values.

Registration can be made between July 1st and July 15th, at job portal. The grant for vacancies is R$2,462 plus benefits (medical and dental assistance, VR and VT). There is the possibility of professionals being hired at the end of the program. Those selected will start in their respective positions from September this year.
