Selection process is now open for applications in engineering and data science

Itaú Unibanco has over 100 vacancies open for data science and engineering. The selection processes include vacancies and affirmative actions for hiring women, black and brown people, LGBTQIAP+ and people with disabilities. The selected people will have the opportunity to join a dynamic team with direct interface with the business areas. Collection, analysis, interpretation and effective communication of data are among the required duties. Some technical knowledge is also expected, such as Natural Language Processing (NLP), Deep Learning, Machine Learning and AWS. 

In a study conducted by the World Economic Forum in 2023, approximately 75% of the companies analyzed plan to incorporate artificial intelligence into their operations. Given this scenario and the continuous advances in technologies such as machine learning and system automation, the demand for qualified professionals has grown every day.

Itaú has a long history in the segment and uses data to shape strategies and anticipate customer needs.
