As customers become more demanding and want to receive real-time information about their online purchases, it has become essential for organizations to integrate their channels so that consumers have the same information at all points of contact in their organization. journey. This Omnichannel strategy aims to improve relationships based on system integration.

To carry out this action, making available the data transmitted through different channels, physical and digital, and that connect with tools that facilitate communication and customer service, it is essential to have a Low-Code technology. This is because this type of software automates the crossing of data and the distribution of information, in addition to making the development of websites and applications integrated and responsive, as it brings together programming languages and standards of the main technological tools on the market. The result is improved communication between channels and real-time information available to users.

An interesting point of Low-Code is that it can also bring together design tools, such as Sketch and Figma, which will allow agility to maintain and improve the interface and the visualization of information in the channels. Chatbots, a program that works as an automated robot for customer service and facilitates communication and the progress of customer requests, is another facility that can be contemplated by these tools.

With regard to systems integration, Low-Code connects, through APIs (Application Programming Interface), all data and systems adapted to the needs of organizations to generate the information needed by consumers, whether by email, SMS and WhatsApp. Not to mention that, internally, companies can benefit from Low-Code by performing data analysis to increase productivity and meet demands as they arise.

The idea is that the use of Low-Code technology facilitates the integration of different channels in an organization, bringing together the most different programming languages and standards of market tools to enable more agile, secure developments in line with customer needs.
