In 2021, Macler Produtos Químicos adopted the SAP Business One solution in order to improve the level of control and automation of process steps in the administrative sector. At the time, the company's expectation was to obtain more stability in relation to technology, with greater data security, in addition to eliminating dependence on the internal infrastructure, whose system works in the cloud.

After a year, the company realized the need to have a partner capable of offering more efficient training and more dedicated support to its team, made up of ten users benefiting from the solution. It was then that, after researching the market, he chose Ramo Sistemas, a national company focused on solutions for small and medium-sized businesses and a SAP partner.
For this project, there was a need to have a closer relationship with the SAP Business One implementation partner, preferably a local partner that could meet the demands and maximize the use of the ERP. Due to the capillarity of the branch's service through its channel program, in a second moment, Macler selected the Blumenauense GMO as its strategic partner, with the objective of being served in a fast, practical, personalized and more efficient way.
“The negotiation lasted approximately 45 days and we are already developing a project plan to incrementally implement new processes and new existing functionality in SAP Business One and its extensions together with our local partner – all in order to contribute to the process of Macler's digital transformation”, says Décio Krakauer, CEO of Ramo Sistemas.
As revealed by Lucas Micheluzzi, technical-commercial director at Macler, the Purchasing, Inventory, Financial, Tax, Production and Services modules of Business One were adopted. “All the company's departments are benefiting from the solution, but now the main need is to train our professionals and obtain support for the parameterization of tax processes”, informs the Macler executive. The project has already had its "go-live", and the main issues mentioned by the client have already been addressed.
“Ramo was very important in terms of adequate training for the correct use of the system. In a short time, it brought more mastery of the system to the employees, simple and quick solutions to problems that had been occurring for some time and the old provider did not solve. This is what motivated us to switch to Ramo”, reveals Micheluzzi.
