The mass adoption of distance work - one of the recommendations of health organizations to contain the Coronavirus pandemic, and its possibility of extension, intensified not only the number of calls, but some of the problems that already exist in companies, such as the lack of process management and its consequences.

This is because, with the distance between the members of a team, some issues that were previously resolved 'in the act', can now be lost due to the need for virtual alignment. And here there is an imminent risk of falling productivity or loss of control over processes that sometimes go through different phases and professionals, resulting in rework and delays. This lack of organization can be solved by automating activities, which come into play through tools for monitoring workflows.

The gains occur at all ends. On the side of companies, they now have more agile and efficient processes, giving managers the condition to monitor and evaluate the evolution of activities, maintaining the team's performance. For employees, communication and reporting to superiors are easier. The result is a workflow without interruptions and focused on execution, avoiding the waste of time with the process.

This means maintaining the speed of deliveries, especially at this time when we are all (and will continue) dispersed. Once again, we observed that technologies have proven to be increasingly essential for companies in obtaining immediate responses, allowing not only business continuity, but also quality improvement, even with reduced teams.

In line with this demand for agility, the adoption of low-code solutions - with little programming language and need for infrastructure, meets this demand for speed in application development and simplicity of use of the solutions.

Covid-19 has given us a boost in the use of technology, which has become essential to keep companies organized internally, especially from the point of view of communications, to support the external, that is, the changes that have already happened and will happen in the world. business going forward.
