The movement aims to integrate end-to-end systems, providing unique management for both the Construction core, back office and people management.

O TOTVS Backoffice – RM Line It is a flexible management system that supports increased productivity, ensuring greater efficiency and intelligence in decision-making, based on consistent and reliable information. The solution has modules dedicated to financial, accounting and tax control, which provide assertive control of financial movements, integrating processes and seeking greater profitability from contracts. TORC also adopted the TOTVS RH – RM Line, a tool that automates personnel department routines, serving processes ranging from recruitment and selection to training and development.
To manage its robust operation, the company chose TOTVS Construction Works and Projects, a system specialized in managing activities in the construction sector, such as budgeting, planning, control and all stages of operational execution from mobilization to demobilization and post-work. The platform has the most modern mobile connection technology allowing more agility and flexibility on construction sites, even in places with internet unavailability.
Also as part of the solution, TORC acquired the cloud service from TOTVS, the TOTVS Cloud, in addition to adopting the tool TOTVS Tax Processes which allows full cloud management of electronic tax documents. A combination of solutions that guarantee compliance and security for documents and electronic tax certifications.
