FISPAL FOOD SERVICE & FISPAL ICE CREAM

FISPAL FOOD SERVICE & FISPAL SORVETES land in the Anhembi District and after a remarkable edition with more than 56 thousand visitors and more than 1,800 exhibiting brands, the event reaffirms itself as the most important fair in the food sector outside the home in South America.

These are two simultaneous events focused on the food segment for restaurants, bars, pizzerias, snack bars, bakeries, industrial kitchens and other establishments in the sector. An essential opportunity for those seeking to remain competitive and up to date with the trends and challenges of the sector.

The event has some exclusive programs that present new techniques, expertise, business models and lectures, divided into 8 different activities:

  • Ice Cream Experience – Practical demonstrations of formulations and recipes with flavor trends, lectures with guests specialized in ice cream parlor management, industries and success stories. Curated by Duas Rodas.
  • Talk to an Expert – Round table with experts. Exclusive consultations and lectures with professionals specialized in Establishment Management (MAS) and Professional Kitchen Projects (KD). Curated by FCSI (Foodservice Consultants Society International).
  • Ambassadors Lounge – Our team of ambassadors will welcome your audience in this space, with exclusive lectures and exchange of experiences. Have direct contact with great professionals in the foodservice market. Connect with leaders.
  • Point of the Chiefs – The meeting point for Brazilian chefs, who help in the evolution of world gastronomy. Curated by the Brazilian Delegation of the Italian Federation of Chefs Brazil.
  • Pizza Workshop – Exclusive pizzeria at Fispal. Various techniques are presented for the production of different styles of pizza. Curated by the CTP (Technological Center for the Development of Pizzas and Pastas).
  • Foodtech Connections – The project creates an environment for exchanges and relationships between operators and foodservice technology companies. A variety of topics will be presented, from customer relationship solutions to business management tools. Curated by ANR (National Restaurant Association).
  • Arena Management and Knowledge – Content arena dedicated to micro and small entrepreneurs, with current and relevant lectures, addressing trends and challenges in the sector.
  • Smell of Bread Space – Space for sharing experiences and knowledge for bread lovers! Curated by chef Rogério Shimura and Escola Levain.

FISPAL will take place from May 27th to 30th, and will be:
