ABES – Brazilian Association of Software Companies promotes, on April 27, at 8:30 am, the Round Table “How to attract talent in software companies through Stock Options?”, with the participation of specialists on the subject. The event, which will be free and will have a translation into pounds, will discuss how this model is becoming an important talent retention tool, and how stock options can be a means of encouraging the “owner” culture in the team.
