The Business-School Integration Center – CIEE, the largest youth employability NGO in Latin America, and LinkedIn, the largest professional social network in the world, signed an unprecedented partnership in Brazil with the aim of bringing the platform closer to young people and teenagers in vulnerable situations .

The agreement is an effort by the two organizations to increase the presence of young people aged 16 and over in the world of work. According to Pnad Contínua (IBGE) for the third quarter of 2023, the unemployed rate in this age group represents 49.7% of the total. The partnership will feature specific actions to introduce the platform to young people and teach young people how to enhance their chances in the job market through LinkedIn. The beginning of the partnership was marked by LinkedIn Day, an event that brought together 450 CIEE apprentices, on the last day, 2/2, at the CIEE Theater, located in Itaim Bibi, and more than 60 thousand apprentices from across the country remotely.
