To achieve this goal on a global scale, the company launched new Generative AI courses through IBM SkillsBuild. This will expand IBM's existing programs and career-building platforms to provide enhanced access to AI education and in-demand technical roles.
Through IBM SkillsBuild, students around the world can benefit from AI education created by IBM experts to learn the latest in cutting-edge technology development. IBM SkillsBuild already offers free courses on AI fundamentals, chatbots, and crucial topics like AI ethics. The new generative AI roadmap includes enhanced courses and resources.
- Courses include Immediate Writing, Introduction to Machine Learning, Improving Customer Service with AI, and Generative AI in Action.
- AI-enhanced features in the IBM SkillsBuild learning experience will include chatbot enhancements to help support learners along their journeys and tailored learning paths based on individual preferences and experiences.
All of these courses are completely free and available to students around the world. Upon completion of the training, participants will be able to earn their IBM digital certificates that are recognized by potential employers.
The open version of IBM SkillsBuild is an online platform that offers more than a thousand courses in 20 languages on artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, data analysis, cloud computing and many other technical disciplines – as well as professional skills such as Design Thinking.
