THE Salvador Arena Engineer College has started the registration process for its 2024 entrance exam. There will be 160 new free 100% places, distributed among the courses Administration, Food Engineering, Computer engineering and Control and Automation Engineering, all face-to-face, on the campus located in São Bernardo do Campo (SP). Registration must be made by October 5, 2023, directly via website at Vunesp.
Non-profit, the institution aims to transform social and opportunities through excellent education, allocating half (50%) of the vacancies to candidates with a per capita monthly family income of up to one and a half minimum wages. Those interested in this modality must register for the social vacancies and prove the socioeconomic profile at the time of registration. The remaining vacancies (50%) are intended for free competition, for the general public. It is also possible to request exemption from Vunesp's administrative fee, until September 21, 2023. The remaining vacancies are aimed at general and diversified profiles. The criteria for social vacancies and registration fee exemption are specified in the notice.
In addition to classes at the Centro Educacional Fundação Salvador Arena, where the Faculty's campus is located, undergraduate courses include five elective courses in a hybrid format. They are: Libras; Business Intelligence (Bi) and LGPD – Tools for Legal Data Competence; Development of Startups and Disruptive Business Models; Interpersonal Relationships and Socio-emotional Development in Companies; Storytelling – Defending Ideas and Projects in a Creative and Persuasive Way.
The Faculty also offers support so that students can enter the job market in their area of activity as soon as possible, through an area dedicated to this purpose. This is the Career Support Center, what promotes workshops for participation in selection processes, support for preparing CVs, research and dissemination of available vacancies, assistance for developing a career path, actions to encourage entrepreneurship, among other activities.
