Banco PAN (BPAN4) has 16 vacancies open for internships in technology. This is the third consecutive year that the Bank promotes the program and, in 2023, the focus will be on the areas of analytics, data, cloud, infrastructure, engineering and governance. 

Remuneration can reach R$ 2,9 thousand plus benefits, which include food and meal vouchers, medical and dental assistance, psychotherapy, among others. To apply for vacancies, it is necessary to be studying a technologist or graduate in technology, with training expected between July 2024 and July 2026, reside in São Paulo and be available to work in a hybrid model – three days in person and two days from home office. The workload is six hours a day or 30 hours a week. 

With an average effectiveness rate of 70%, PAN has an intense development program focused on knowledge exchange and inclusion. In addition to free access to platforms with targeted courses, the technology team meets weekly for chats and training workshops and all professionals can participate in affinity groups focused on boosting diversity in the financial market.
