Opportunities are available to candidates who are studying from the 3rd period in the technology area

THE lg people place, the largest HR Tech in Brazil, is accepting applications for Onset, the company's Internship Program. The project seeks young university students from the technology area from all over the country, who like to learn, make new friends and who are not afraid of innovation. Enrollment is now open and interested parties have until May 31 to enroll in the site of the company.

To participate, it is not necessary to have previous experience, but those interested must be studying from the third period in the technology area and have knowledge in informatics. The vacancies are aimed at the areas of development, support and planning.

The Onset lasts for one year, with a workload of 30 hours per week. During the first months, the intern participates in training with LG specialists, interspersed with periods of work in their department.

“A structured and well-managed internship program brings a series of benefits to the company, in addition to playing a key role in developing talent and building a qualified and committed workforce”, informs Maria Paula Oliveira, Director of People, Legal and Compliance at LG A place for people.

The recruitment and selection process will be completely online, with an evaluation of the academic curriculum, application of tests, interview, behavioral assessment and feedback.

In addition to a stipend and benefits, the program offers continuous investments in professional training, practical learning with guidance from market specialists, food vouchers or meal vouchers, home-office assistance, gympass and group life insurance.

Career path

The Onset is the opportunity for the professional to start a career at LG seeking to be hired in the company. This is the case of Support Analyst, Bianca Alencar, who completed a year and four months of internship and in March 2023 was hired in her current position. “Participating in LG's learning program was a unique and rewarding opportunity, in which I was able to have contact with several people from the professional environment. My development in the company has been marked by great challenges, in which I learned in practice the concept of mutual support and teamwork.”

The 6th period Computer Engineering student, Gabrielle Arrigo Calixto, has been an Innovation and ESG intern since November 2022 and has been taking her first steps in her career. “Interning at LG is being able to learn and work with qualified and extremely humane people, in addition to experiencing the day-to-day routine of an award-winning company, which provides a unique experience of obtaining knowledge. I developed my self-confidence, my ability to give and receive feedback, I learned new technologies and how to use different tools. 'Growth' is the word I choose to describe my career at the company so far. Here is where you have room to develop and take new steps in your career”, he adds.
