Of the 50 vacancies available, 75% are allocated to technology, data and analytics functions. Candidates can apply until June 12

As of today, May 15th, applications for the Serasa Experian internship program are open. Higher education students can apply for the 50 available positions, and for those passionate about data, 75% of the positions are earmarked for technology and analytics roles. The novelty of the program is the possibility for the intern to have a programmed career evolution during the internship and, in case of hiring, the follow-up will continue in its initial steps. This encompasses evolution of positions, responsibilities and remuneration. Interns will still have the opportunity to be hired after the 9th month of the internship, based on their performance. The entire selection, interview and hiring process will be done in digital format. Applications can be made until the 12th of June through the website bit.ly/3NWlsFO 

The program has development cycles that enable growth and evolution in personal, professional and remuneration aspects, with support from immediate leadership and HR representatives. There are two tracks: in the first, internship, the initial remuneration is R$ 2,150, which can reach R$ 2,850 in the 13th month of work. If the person is hired, he starts a new path within the program, as an analyst.

Students of any age who are studying at a higher level (Bachelor, Degree and Technologist) at a university in the country, with completion expected between December 2024 and December 2025, can apply. at the offices in São Paulo, São Carlos (inland São Paulo) and Blumenau (SC). 

“We want these professionals to continue to follow their professional history with us, since they will be prepared, fully immersed in an agile culture and accustomed to faster and more challenging performance cycles”, reinforces Balestrin. 

To ensure that these young professionals leverage their careers through the program, the Serasa Experian internship provides a development track with modules that focus on technical and behavioral skills, training in agile methodologies, execution of a project with leadership monitoring and career mentoring with members of affinity groups.
