Terms and conditions

This is a survey with the productive sector to gain insight into the overview of personal data protection in Brazil, especially contemplating the following:

• maturity level of data protection governance programs;
• main difficulties in complying with the LGPD;
• area of governance in privacy and data protection;
• requests for rights from holders; and
• security incidents.

It was developed by LGPD Business Forum (hub to seek synergy from the private sector for legal security and promotion of the data protection culture), in partnership with ABES - Brazilian Association of Software Companies (class entity with national coverage, headquartered in São Paulo/SP that supplies and manages this research tool).

To use the tool and participate in the survey, just reflect the information about the company's reality representing, which should last around 8 minutes. The expectation is that the survey will be available for completion by 10.31.

The user's personal data or any other information that could directly identify the company is not requested. Also make sure that no personal data will be entered into the editable fields, including especially sensitive data. The opening of the survey contains elements for classifying responses as to:

• office;
• company size;
• number of employees;
• federative unit in which the company operates; and
• economic or business sector.

If the questionnaire is not completed, the completion will be lost and participation will only be considered if the user restarts with new access. Therefore, it is important that you fill in all the information and confirm the shipment at the end.

The research result and the information provided by the tool will be used for statistics, data analysis and interpretation, report production and publication, no user or company identification.

Maintaining the accepted standards of technical measures and ABES security policies, user information can be accessed by:

• tool administrators: to implement and maintain the application with default settings, define templates and metadata, configure the question bank and branch logic that is usable by everyone; and
• research authors: To create quizzes, manage and control access to quizzes and corresponding results, and create reports based on results.
