TIVIT, a Brazilian multinational and one stop shop of technology, announces news in its executive team for 2023. About to complete 25 years, the company will have a new CEO in charge. As of January, Luiz Mattar, founder and current CEO, will dedicate himself exclusively to chairing the Board of Directors. Executive Paulo Freitas, who has been with the company for 12 years and is the current CFO, will become the company's CEO.

“This is a natural movement, which was planned with peace of mind and is part of our succession process”, says Luiz Mattar. “It gives great satisfaction and security to hand over the baton to an executive who knows the business so well and who was already fully involved in defining the strategy and carrying it out on a day-to-day basis,” said Mattar.

Paulo Freitas has extensive experience in the technology sector. Prior to TIVIT, he was country manager Brazil at Motorola and corporate vice president at Xerox. “It is an honor to be able to carry forward what Mattar has built over these years, and we will work together in the coming months in this transition”, says Freitas.

Also in January, there will be other changes in the executive committee. Valdinei Cornatione starts to act as CCO (Chief Commercial Officer) and assumes the mission of consolidating the entire commercial department of TIVIT. Daniel Galante will act as COO (Chief Operating Officer) and CPO (Chief Product Officer), with the objective of consolidating the areas of operations and products, making them even stronger. Eduardo Sodero, CSO (Chief Strategy Officer), continues to lead TIVIT Ventures, which now becomes a business unit, focused on continuing the accelerated growth of the acquired companies, in addition to seeking new M&As. The other directors will remain in their functions and all will report to Paulo Freitas.

“The new structure aims to give even more focus to our customers, with teams dedicated by industries to be even more assertive in the delivery of specialized products and services”, says Freitas. “We are privileged to operate in an exponentially growing market, with great demand for cloud solutions and digital transformation”, says Freitas.
