Recently launched by ABES, the platform RH Tech aims to provide visibility to trends and gaps of the technology job market, as well as supporting talent development and retention.

One of its unique modules is the Panorama HR Tech, developed with the support of the company Trampos, which provides statistical data on the most sought-after professions in the development area, average salary, prerequisites for advertised vacancies, among other data that help to understand the evolution of digital transformation in Brazil.

The TH Tech platform is distinguished by offering three other modules: the Technological Education Hub (online catalog with information on courses offered by ABES member companies, institutes, NGOs, among other educational institutions), by a Job Hub (with jobs for digital transformation and aimed at attracting talent) and the ABES/IDC Workforce Study (with exclusive information about the challenges organizations face in attracting and retaining talent in the areas of technology).

For Paulo Milliet Roque, president of ABES, the goal is to transform the RH Tech platform into a reference for workers and contractors in the IT market. “We want this Hub to be a reference for those who are looking for a course, for those looking for a job and for those who are recruiting professionals. The platform will be open and companies will be able to indicate content, which will be curated by us. We will accept courses from all companies in the segment, regardless of whether they are associated with ABES or not”, says Paulo.

Blue Edtech, Genexus, Instituto Êxito de Empreendedorismo, Meu Futuro Digital, Instituto Ser +, Qlik, Softex and Trampos are partners of the RH Tech Platform.
