Tool analyzes the impacts of new tax rules and is the only one on the market capable of completely reprocessing SPED (Public Digital Accounting System)
Omie, a cloud-based management platform (ERP), has just made the Tax Reform Calculator available in its ERP. The tool is aimed at accountants, financial and tax managers, as well as large companies.
Using artificial intelligence and an intuitive interface, the Calculator allows detailed diagnostics of operations by recalculating tax bases, eliminating taxes and exploring different situations to support the entrepreneur's strategic decisions. Validated by the Federal Senate, the tool is the only one on the market capable of completely reprocessing the SPED (Public Digital Accounting System).
Those interested can find the news at Omie.Store, Omie's app store, with a monthly subscription model, linked to the company's CNPJ.
Omie bets on tax reform to grow in 2025
With the Tax Reform, small businesses, which make up 99% of Brazilian companies and generate more than 27% of GDP and 70% of formal jobs, will face adaptation challenges. “Although the reform promises to simplify tax management in the long term, in the short term, duplication will increase complexity, requiring significant changes in internal processes, especially for small businesses,” says Marcelo Lombardo, CEO of Omie.
The success of this transition will depend largely on the ability of SMEs to adapt to the rules and the strategic orientation of accountants. For this reason, Tax Reform has been a central topic for Omie, which sees the planned changes as an opportunity to grow and consolidate itself as the main partner for accounting professionals. The company is actively investing in initiatives aimed at helping them differentiate themselves in the market in light of the new rules.
In addition to the Calculator, there is also a free course for SMEs on Omie.Academy, Omie's education and community platform for entrepreneurs and accountants, and the portal RIGHT (Omie Exclusive Tax Reform Channel) aimed at accounting professionals with research, updates, mentoring and practical guidance on the reform.
