Ingram Micro Brazil is the new distributor of Control iD in the domestic market. With the agreement, the manufacturer's entire electronic security line will be offered by the Brazilian subsidiary of one of the leading global distributors of IT solutions and services, especially through its Advanced Solutions business unit. Among the greatest advantages of the partnership for resellers is the possibility of purchasing Control iD products directly from one of the largest distribution channels in the world, without the need to fragment the purchase among several suppliers. 
Control iD is recognized for its high-quality access control solutions, which include advanced facial recognition, fingerprint, proximity cards, turnstiles and management software technologies, among others. “For Ingram Micro, this partnership represents an important opportunity to expand the portfolio and offer more added value,” explains Roberto Gero, product director of the Advanced Solutions unit at Ingram Micro Brazil. “Control iD’s solutions strengthen the possibilities of electronic security in various types of projects and allow the channel to establish new strategic partnerships. As part of its strategy, Ingram Micro will support its channels in various sectors, such as government, healthcare, finance and retail, including the distribution of Control iD solutions tailored to the specific needs of each of these segments. “The security market is growing increasingly, and with it, the need for a solid distribution chain also increases.
