Magic xpi platform exchanges data in real time between the CIGAM ERP and CRM Dynamics systems for managing cosmetic and nutrition product lines.
Farmasi, a Turkish cosmetics and nutrition manufacturer with a 70-year history and operations in 36 countries, began its operations in Brazil through direct sales and is promoting hyperautomation, minimizing manual interference to scale the business in Brazil.
The choice of Brazil is part of the company's global strategy for growth in a diverse market that stands out for the attention that Brazilians have for beauty and personal care. The segment offers many opportunities for small entrepreneurs, and the company created Farmasi Influencer to boost business in this area.
To manage the operations of the new company, Farmasi asked its Brazilian team that the ERP to be chosen had the ability to deal with local tax legislation after collecting sales data in MS Dynamic CRM, and that it was user-friendly and had all the necessary functionalities.
The chosen system was ERP CIGAM, a partner of Magic Software, which has its support for integration between systems on the “no code” Magic xpi platform, with more than a hundred approved connectors, including CRM Dynamics used globally by the company, making it possible to create a central integration and hyperautomation environment.
Magic xpi captures orders that are entered into MS Dynamics after being entered into Farmasi's Global Sales Portal. These orders are automatically invoiced and sent to the Logistics Operator, responsible for delivery. The entire order cycle is completed without manual user intervention.
In the company's first phase, orders were invoiced manually, then they were invoiced in batches and now the company has implemented full automation with the support of the Magic xpi Platform, without human intervention in the system, from the placement of the order to the delivery of the product. All local tax complexities in Brazil are handled by the CIGAM ERP and cover a wide variety of products in the Farmasi portfolio.
The integration project is being led by teams from Farmasi, CIGAM Repullo and Magic Software Brasil. During the project, the Magic xpi platform responded quickly to the usual adjustments expected in an integration process between mission-critical systems, and the integration between the global CRM and the Cigam ERP allowed the company to automate the process of capturing, processing and invoicing orders, significantly reducing response time and minimizing manual errors.
At the start of its operations in Brazil, Farmasi processes more than 5,000 orders per month and the goal is to reach 30,000 per month in the coming months – an automated 100% process – from order capture to delivery to the customer.
Another very important aspect of Farmasi's operations is logistics. With the help of Cigam Repullo, the company integrates its CRM with the main logistics operators and carriers in the market. This integration allows orders to be automatically sent to logistics partners, eliminating the need for retyping and reducing the risk of errors.
“In addition, we receive real-time information on the status of deliveries, which allows us to offer the best support to all our customers and consumers. This scalable structure is only possible through technology prepared to support critical missions,” comments Marcel Szajubok, CEO of Farmasi. “And Cigam Repullo and Magic Software have been strategic partners in this journey, providing the technology and support necessary to achieve our goals,” concludes the executive.
