In an ongoing effort to strengthen ties between its employees and leverage the impact of its activities on its associates, ABES held a workshop aimed at its Relationship and Sales team. Coordinated by Jamile Sabatini Marques, Director of Innovation and Development, and with the support of Gisele Guerra, Marketing and Communications Coordinator, the event focused on active listening, exchanging experiences and building integrated strategies.
Held on February 5, 2025, at the ABES space at InovaUSP, the workshop brought together professionals for a day dedicated to strengthening teamwork and aligning strategic objectives. “More than a meeting, it was a moment of learning and collaboration, reaffirming that when we work together, we grow together,” highlighted Jamile Sabatini.
The event not only served as a learning space, but also reinforced ABES' mission to contribute to a more digital and less unequal Brazil. For Gisele Guerra, who joined the team in December 2024, the initiative reflects the association's commitment to delivering ever more value to its members, boosting business and strengthening connections.
