ABES will be present at “Future Traps”, a free event organized by Fundação Itaú, which will take place on February 19 and 20, at the Pavilhão da Fundação Bienal (SP). The meeting aims to facilitate the transition of new talents to the job market, promoting the encounter between young professionals and promising companies.
One of the main initiatives that ABES will take to the event is the HR Tech Platform, which was idealized to foster talent development and provide updates on employability in the technology sector, in addition to providing information on job opportunities and training courses, most of which are free. Another highlight is the encouragement of strategic discussions on key topics, such as career management, talent retention, team development, inclusion and diversity, and hybrid work models.
“Trampos do Futuro” is an excellent opportunity for participants to connect with renowned professionals and companies engaged in various areas of activity. The event also hopes to provide valuable insights through lectures on contemporary topics, including the Silver Economy, Digital Economy, Care Economy and Sustainable Economy.
“This edition of “Trampos do Futuro” promises not only to facilitate the “match” between young professionals and the job market, but also to open doors to relevant debates that are defining the future of work. We must also remember that the IT sector has a growing demand for talent”, highlights Clara Savelli, Project Coordinator at ABES.
Among the companies and organizations from the third sector that have already confirmed their presence are: Juventudes Potentes, Instituto Coca-Cola Brasil, Instituto Proa, Instituto da Oportunidade Social (IOS), Escola da Nuvem, AWS/restart, Capgemini and Magalu, among others. The diversity of participants promises to further enrich the discussions and experiences at the event.
