Strategy: Prioritizing projects with the highest ROI and demonstrating how technology investments can reduce costs in the long term.

2. Speed of implementation vs. Robustness and compliance

Challenge: Pressure to deliver quickly while maintaining systems integrity and regulatory compliance.

Strategy: Implement a “compliance by design” approach, integrating regulatory requirements from the beginning of projects.

3. Disruptive Innovation vs. Operational Stability

Challenge: Adopt new technologies without compromising business continuity and data security.

Strategy: Develop a roadmap transformation that includes testing phases, compliance validation and transition periods.
