Emotional Health
According to studies by the WHO (World Health Organization) and the ISMA (International Stress Management Association), Brazil is one of the countries in the world with a high level of work-related stress. In addition, research indicates that Brazilians who are in the job market have symptoms of anxiety, from the mildest to the most disabling. And, with the pandemic, one fact became evident: companies play an important role in preventing or restoring the physical, mental, emotional and financial health of their employees and families.
In line with this reality, CAESBRA signed a partnership with EAP Carelink (employe assistance program/employee support service), with a focus on emotional health, in order to offer these benefits to ABES member companies, through special contracting conditions.
The program is based on four pillars of assistance: legal, social, financial and psychological, with the aim of working on prevention and promotion of emotional health. In addition to the worker, his entire family will be able to use the service.
The EAP is a sustainable investment that benefits everyone: employees (and their families), managers and companies!
