On February 13, 2025, ABES held an enriching live broadcast about its An Ethical Company Program and the benefits it provides to its members. This online event highlighted ABES’ ongoing commitment to ethics and transparency, as evidenced by the update of the independent reporting channel, which has gained a new design, improved navigation and multilingual support in Portuguese, English and Spanish. This change aims to support its global members even more effectively, who can sign up for the service free of charge.
During the live broadcast, participants were able to hear valuable insights from Carolina Marzano, Chief Compliance Officer at ABES; Edgard Mitre, Chief Operating Officer at EMX Tecnologia; and Francisco Camargo, Vice President of the ABES Board. Carolina Marzano highlighted that the Uma Empresa Ética Program, launched in 2018, offers a significant competitive advantage to companies, in addition to promoting a more ethical and responsible business environment in Brazil.
