With the aim of improving the efficiency of its internal legal department, the CSC – Brasal Shared Services Center, hub which serves all of the Company's operating segments, adopted the juridical system of Benner Group, Brazilian provider of solutions in software and services that transform company processes into results.

Founded in 1963, Brasal is recognized for its excellent management, representing leading brands such as Coca-Cola, Volkswagen, Ford, Petrobrás and Shell, in addition to operating in the real estate segments, through Brasal Incorporações, and renewable energy generation, with Brasal Energia.

Headquartered in Brasília, the brand is currently present in the Federal District and in the states of Goiás, Minas Gerais, Tocantins and Rio de Janeiro.

According to Cayo Cézar Oliveira, Legal Analyst at Brasal, “we observed that there was room for automating our flows, ensuring cost reduction and speed, in addition to the need to integrate the procedural management system with other systems used by the company. The Benner Group met these demands.”

Oliveira signals that one of the triumphs of the partnership has been the optimization of message flow, which has witnessed a notable improvement of approximately 80% since implementation. “Through the quick and intuitive integration of the system, we noticed a substantial reduction in the number of emails, which optimized internal communication, making it more agile and efficient”, he states.

In addition, the software from Benner Group also provided secure control of payment deadlines, thanks to the integrated task field. “Through the system’s dynamic agenda, it was also possible to improve the management of deadlines for hearings, appeals, expertise and other activities, contributing to an effective optimization of time and a reduction in costs in our legal ecosystem”, he explains.

Oliveira also reinforces Benner's commitment to solving challenges. “The Benner team was able to understand our needs, which allowed the solution to have even more synergy with Brasal. I like the openness that Benner offers for us to assess needs and propose improvements, whether in the capture or distribution of processes.”

This is what the Product Manager of the Benner Group, Christian Klug, reinforces, stating that the partnership goes beyond operational results, playing a strategic role in the expansion of the companies.

Klug points out that the success of the partnership is also due to the commitment of the Brasal team and explains that the alliance with the group emerges as a project of strategic location for Benner. “Today, many of the companies are located in the Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo axis, and in the Southeast as a whole. Therefore, it is great to have this partnership with Brasal, which in addition to being a very relevant group, also allows us to understand the demands of Brasília and further expand our strategic operations in the Central-West”, he concludes.
