Solution, entitled Managed Detection and Response (MDR), aims to mitigate cyber threats and ensure data protection

The Brazilian unit of Seal Telecom Convergint, a company that integrates technology solutions, announces the launch of the network security service, Managed Detection and Response (MDR). With the aim of mitigating cyber threats in intelligent environments, ensuring the protection of data and corporate information, the tool combines advanced technologies, such as Artificial Intelligence and machine learning, with a team of security experts who participated in its development.

The MDR provides in-depth, continuous monitoring, operating 24 hours a day with intelligent features, managed through Seal Telecom Convergint's Security Operations Centers (SOCs), which can perform the functions of: detection, analysis and response against security incidents. Through the analysis of suspicious behavior, device protection service, integration with the IT environment (including networks, cloud, email and technologies such as Microsoft 365), it is possible to guarantee the security of specific systems or fully automated corporate environments .
