Roche & Associados, a company specialized in QSMS-RS Management (Quality, Occupational Health, Environment, Work Safety and Social Responsibility) and Sustainability. The objective of the alliance is to offer customers complete solutions combining management software and the experience of specialists who will assist in the implementation and management of ESG principles – (Environmental, social and governance).
ESG specialist, partner at Roberto Roche & Associados, Roberto Roche, explains that the amount of information that the financial market is demanding from companies is very large, and relying on technology to produce reports is no longer a differential but has become indispensable. . On the other hand, many companies that are adhering to these sustainable practices are unaware of what ESG actually is and how to apply the metrics according to the materiality of the business. “The partnership will offer not only tools, but the best way to use them, helping organizations find the perfect path”, he highlights.
The volume of information to be managed has increased significantly, mainly due to companies' concern with metrics that until recently were not prioritized, such as mental health and gender diversity in leadership positions.
