Integrated with the company's payroll solution, the innovations add more autonomy and convenience to employees, in addition to ensuring the automation of bureaucratic processes in the area of human resources.
The delivery of modern and integrated solutions to reduce the bureaucracy of processes and assure HR professionals more autonomy to focus their attention on the management of the human capital of companies is the main objective of ADP, leader one of the main companies in the world in sheet management solutions. payment. Therefore, in this moment of accelerated changes in work models, the company innovates once again and presents two new tools to support companies at all times and, especially, in the current remote work scenario: Digital Admission and e- Sign Connect.
Operating fully integrated with ADP eXpert, ADP's payroll system, the novelties bring even more autonomy and convenience to future employees, who can perform the procedures for delivering and signing documents online, in a fast, uncomplicated and secure manner. For managers, innovations ensure more efficiency, since they eliminate bureaucratic work such as requesting, separating and collecting document signatures during admission processes, vacations, termination periods, among others.
The leader of the ADP User Experience area, Renato Custódio, explains that, in the development of the Digital Admission component, one of the main concerns was to bring an intuitive and simple interface, which allowed employees, in a few clicks, to send all the necessary information for the company's hiring process.
Rafael Kiss, Director of Products at ADP, adds that the issue of security was another point that received special attention. “We work with confidential and personal documents, so, as with other ADP solutions, innovation also includes checks and procedures that ensure total data protection”, he points out.
Kiss also points out that the same concern with data security ended up being reflected in the construction of e-Sign Connect. “This tool allows managers to integrate our Payroll solution with the electronic signature service they already use, enabling HR, directly from the ADP system, to request the sending of documents for the employee's signature, without the need to manage other interfaces and systems that can generate errors and cause possible data leakage ”, explains the director.
“In addition to reducing the bureaucracy of the entire process of requesting signature from employees and optimizing the management of HR professionals, since it avoids errors in making files available for employee signature, the launch of e-Sign Connect also helps to reduce the use of paper for companies that do not yet use electronic signature services, ensuring the adoption of more sustainable processes and a modernization of the Human Resources department ”, concludes Custódio.
