Plusoft, one of the largest customer experience companies in Brazil, announces the beginning of its Channel Program, bringing together business partners who want to add value to their business and bring cutting-edge solutions to their customers.

Therefore, we are starting our strategy to build an ecosystem in line with this vision ”, reveals Claudio Xavier, Commercial director at Plusoft.
The program's program is divided by partner profile: Resellers (Silver, Gold, Platinum), Service Providers, and Finders. “We are looking for partners who have excellent regional, national and multinational geographic coverage with operations in market segments such as consumer goods, telecom, financial and insurance, health and retail. We are also looking for channels that have our DNA and with employees engaged with our solutions and that tirelessly seek customer satisfaction, ”says Mario Ricosti, senior manager for Sales, Channels and Alliances. The company has an online training and certification center where partners can qualify in technologies, with the advantage of studying in the micro-learning format.
